Lars is a founding member at HelloDigital – but his creative career began much earlier: he has been self-employed since 1999 and played a key role in design strategy at Deutsche Telekom AG, among other accomplishments. His passion for the profession stems from constantly encountering new challenges. It's no surprise then that in our team, Lars is known for helping clients pursue the right goals. This passion was particularly evident in what he considers the most exciting project at HelloDigital so far: designing an "Operating Model" for a Customer Experience strategy in an innovation department at Swisscom.

Lars draws his inspiration from careful observation of his environment, a practice he engages in everywhere and at all times.

Away from work, he prefers to devote time to his family, spends a lot of time with his children, and enjoys exploring new places.

His vision for the future is ambitious: he aspires to think and manage digital offerings holistically in the field of venture building.

With 1 million euros, Lars would invest in the development of his own digital product.
