Our November Meetup was once again a complete success! This time, Anja Lüttmann, Smart City Designer at CityLAB Berlin, inspired us with her presentation on ‘Smart Cities’. She explained how technology and user-centred approaches can improve the quality of life in cities.
Technology meets quality of life
Anja supports projects of the Berlin digital strategy ‘Gemeinsam Digital: Berlin’ in working in an agile and impact-orientated way. In her presentation, she used specific practical examples to show how smart city initiatives are implemented.
Central questions of her presentation:
- How can technology be used in a targeted way to solve urban challenges?
- What role do agile methods play in urban development?
She provided answers with illustrative practical examples - from digital citizen participation to data-driven solutions.
